  1. When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Shipping times depends on the shipping method available in your country:

  • These shipping times are merely estimates. While we will try to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, please note that orders placed during promotional periods and special events may require longer shipping times.

  1. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

 

  1. What do I need to do when I received a different product than what I ordered?

  1. I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

 

  1. What do I need to do when package lost or stolen?

Please confirm the shipping address on your order. Check all doors, mailboxes, and/or ask your front desk attendant(s). If you're still unable to locate your package after 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification, please contact our Customer Happiness Team at info@cranns.com.

 

  1. Why is my shipping fee more expensive compared to others?

Shipping fees depend on your shipping address. If the shipping address is a remote area, the shipping fee may be higher than usual.

 

  1. What can I do if my shipment arrives damaged?

If your shipment arrives damaged, please reach out to Cranns customer support at info@cranns.com within 24 hours, so we can rectify the situation for you. We will file a claim with the carrier and resolve the problem.
