Return & Exchange Policy

After receiving your order, you may request an exchange or refund within 30 days, provided the items are returned to us in perfect condition with all original packaging, tags, and invoice intact. Cranns cannot accept returns if labels have been removed or if items show signs of use.

Return Process

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs to our Hong Kong facility.

  • Lost or damaged return shipments will not be compensated.

  • Refunds will be processed within two weeks of receiving returned items, credited to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • No additional shipping fees apply for replacement items.

  • Faulty items will be replaced with the same product (if available) or refunded within 30 days of delivery.

Order Cancellation

  • Unpaid orders do not require cancellation (no reservation is held).

  • For paid orders, contact customer service immediately to request cancellation.
